All returns are subjected to a 10% restocking fee upon receipt to the fulfillment center. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. If there is a mistake on the part of info@ol-newyork.com (damaged or mis-shipped goods) we will reimburse customers for shipping using the same method of original purchase or store credit. We will not refund international duties or taxes.

Complete the look

I didn't know what to expect when I purchased this hat but what I received blew my expectations way out the water. This is a damn good looking hat. The quality on this hat is awesome. It's thick. It has some weight to it and it looks damn good. Its a show stopper. Shipping was quick. My only complaint is the sizing. I have a big head with dreads and this hat fits, but barely. Please add a slightly larger size for us folks with more full figured heads. Outside of that, this hat is damn perfect. I will be buying more. Y'all earned a repeat customer.
