Shipping and Handling
We provide USPS Priority shipping options & insure each package for the total purchase amount. With each order, please allow up to 7 business days for the order to be shipped. If you would like you order shipped faster than 3-5 business days, please select the overnight priority option. Feel free to email us at info@ol-newyork.com with any special request so that we can process the order in a timely fashion. For international shipping please allow 10 business days from date of purchase for delivery.

Returns and Exchanges
òL will exchange or refund non-sale items within 7 days of the order’s delivery date. International orders must returned within 21 days of the order’s delivery date. All goods must be unworn and in perfect condition along with the original receipt. Please indicate why item is being returned and if you would like an exchange or refund. Exchanges are subject to availability, if an item is not in-stock a refund will automatically be issued. Refunds will not be issued until the goods have been received and processed. Reach us at customerservice@ol-newyork.com for information on where to return items.
All returns are subjected to a 10% restocking fee upon receipt to the fulfillment center. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. If there is a mistake on the part of info@ol-newyork.com (damaged or mis-shipped goods) we will reimburse customers for shipping using the same method of original purchase or store credit. We will not refund international duties or taxes.
SALE items are final sale unless otherwise indicated. òL New York reserves the right to refuse any returned item.
International
If the customer is shipping to a destination outside the US, on top of òL New York shipping cost, tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the client’s local government. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the client. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value.
Items will be shipped from fulfillment center, with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars. We will not declare goods as a gift or lower the value. This protects both the customer and us the shippers.
(This is a rough estimate. If the package exceeds 3 lbs. customer will be responsible for added shipping charges.)
