Returns and Exchanges
òL will exchange or refund non-sale items within 7 days of the order’s delivery date. International orders must returned within 21 days of the order’s delivery date. All goods must be unworn and in perfect condition along with the original receipt. Please indicate why item is being returned and if you would like an exchange or refund. Exchanges are subject to availability, if an item is not in-stock a refund will automatically be issued. Refunds will not be issued until the goods have been received and processed. All returns are subjected to a 10% restocking fee upon receipt to the fulfillment center. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. If there is a mistake on the part of info@ol-newyork.com (damaged or mis-shipped goods) we will reimburse customers for shipping using the same method of original purchase or store credit. We will not refund international duties or taxes.
